We accept all major credit and debit card payments only.
Please contact our team on contact@serenadays.com as soon as possible with any changes/cancellations to your order. Unfortunately, we may not be able to make changes to the order if too close to dispatch/delivery.
Please note that unfortunately, for all personalised products, unless faulty, we are unable to accept returns.
For products that are not personalised, you can return unworn and unused for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please take care when trying any products on, if they are returned with make-up etc we may have to refuse the refund and return the product(s) back to you.
For any return/exchange requests please contact contact@serenadays.com with your name, email address, order number and reason for returning/exchanging.
We understand that faults can occur, if this has affected you please contact our team with your name, email address, order number and a brief description of the issue.
Please allow up to 3 days for orders to be dispatched, please do email if your order is urgent and we will do our best to accomodate.
